Acharya Nagarjuna University
Acharya Nagarjuna University is a university in the region of Guntur, Andhra
Pradesh, India. It is one of the major universities in the country covering
many colleges and institutes of districts in the region. It is located in
Nagarjuna Nagar, on the Northern part of Guntur City, a major centre for
learning in the state of Andhra Pradesh.The university is an outgrowth of a
post-graduate centre of Andhra University, which was established in 1967 at
Nallapadu area of Guntur and then relocated to Nambur/Kaza area on the east of
the city.Bangalore University
The Central College, Bangalore (established in 1886) and the University
Visvesvaraya College of Engineering (UVCE) (established in 1912) (the
two original institutions in Bangalore) were subsumed into this
university. With the promulgation of the Karnataka State Universities
Ordinance of 1975, which aimed at bringing uniformity to all
universities in the state, the university lost its federal character and
became a state-affiliated university. In 1973, the University moved to
the Jnana Bharathi Campus located on 1,100 acres (4.5 km2) of land.

Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand
Technical University (CSVTU) is a public university in the city of Bhilai,
the "steel city" of India, in the state of Chhattisgarh in India. The
university was established on 21 January 2005. CSVTU incorporates the purpose
of ensuring systematic, efficient and qualitative education in engineering and
technological subjects including Architecture and Pharmacy at research,
postgraduate, degree and diploma levels.

in the Indian state of Uttarakhand. The Institution was founded on March 4,
1902 by Swami Shraddhanand (1856–1926), a member of the Arya Samaj, with the
aim of reviving the ancient Hindu educational system of residential schools or gurukuls
imparting esoteric knowledge under the direct guidance of a guru or adept as an
alternative to the Western-oriented system of Education imposed on India by Lord
Macaulay.
Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University
It
was established on 1 December 1973 as Garhwal University. In 1989, it was
renamed as Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University. In 2009, it became a
Central University. The Academic Council is the principal academic body of the
University and exercise general supervision over the academic policies of the
University.

Mahatma jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University
M. J. P. Rohilkhand University was
established in 1975 as an affiliating university. It was carved out of
the then Agra University as there was a dire need to establish a
separate university since the region has a lower literacy rate than the
national average. Its status was upgraded to affiliating-cum-residential
university in 1985 when four teaching departments were established in
the campus. In 1987 three more departments were
added. In August 1997,
the university was renamed as Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand
University.
Osmania University, Hyderabad
The Osmania University (OU) is a public state university located in Hyderabad, India, and founded in 1908. It was established and named after the last Nizam of Hyderabad, Mir Osman Ali Khan. It is the first Indian university to have Urdu as a medium of instruction. University of Mysore,Karnataka
The University of Mysore is a public university in India. The University founded during the reign of Krishnaraja Wodeyar IV, the Maharaja of Mysore. The university
opened on 27 July 1916, with the first chancellor being the Maharaja
of Mysore and the first Vice Chancellor being H. V. Nanjundaiah. The
University became the first outside the domain of the English administration in India, the sixth University in India as a whole, and the first ever University in Karnataka. It is a state University of the affiliating type, and became autonomous on 3 March 1956, when it gained recognition from the University Grants Commission.
